Married on the roof, with the sea in view
Crete doesn't need decorating. Black stone, olive trees, and the sea turning orange in the evening. The setting is already here, and it's the reason couples fly to the island to marry instead of doing it at home.
The ceremony happens on the roof terrace, on top of the hotel. The whole roof is yours, set with tables, with the sea along the horizon. Achinos Seaside Restaurant is directly below: go down for dinner afterwards, or let the kitchen bring the food up to you under the open sky. That night, nobody is in a hurry.

Elopements for two
Just the two of you. A ceremony, a local photographer, flowers, and afterwards a table for two on the roof as the light goes. You don't need guests to make it count.

Private tables, on the roof or downstairs
A long table on the roof terrace for a rehearsal dinner, an anniversary or the day after. Or a private table at Achinos Seaside Restaurant, directly below. Either way our own kitchen cooks it: Cretan dishes and seafood.
