Breakfast is a buffet, and it comes with every room. It's laid out early on the long table under the pergola. Fill a plate, carry it to a table on the terrace or back to the veranda of your room, and take your time over the second coffee.

Most of it comes from within an hour of here. Bread from the village bakery, cheese from the mountains behind us, honey that smells of the thyme on the hills, and tomatoes that taste of tomato, because they were picked this week.

Graviera, mizithra, anthotyro, thyme honey, yoghurt with walnuts

Tomatoes, cucumber, olives, capers, oranges, watermelon in summer

Made when you order

Eggs any way, kagianas with tomato, omelette with local cheese

To wake you up

Greek coffee, espresso, filter, fresh orange juice, mountain tea

A few more things

  • Served 08:00 to 10:30, and later on request if you are coming off a night flight.
  • Vegetarian and vegan options are on the table every day, not on request.
  • Tell us about allergies at booking and the kitchen will keep things separate.
  • Nomad is for adults only, so breakfast stays quiet from the first coffee.
